Description

Gathers data from the Non-Clinical Information Coordinator to identify and establish tools, processes, and systems to optimise administrative functioning within PHC headquarters and Health Centres. Supports the implementation of non-clinical standards for the administrative and technical staff at Health Centres. Supports administrative staff in understanding operational procedures and objectives to ensure performance improvement of the service delivered. Collects, analyses, evaluates, monitors and presents non-clinical performance data to the Clinical & Non-Clinical Performance Manager. Assists in coordinating the implementation of plans following PHC’s corporate strategy, goals, and objectives. Monitors on a regular basis progress and accomplishments for service delivery of administrative and technical staff. Presents summary reports to the Clinical & Non-Clinical Performance Manager. Supports the development of administrative systems and mechanisms that monitor the effectiveness and improvement of their performance. Compiles relevant information for annual and monthly performance reports for PHC and Health Centres (administrative departments only), reviewing areas for improvement and proposing new initiatives. Supports the communication and education of administrative and technical Health Centre staff regarding new statutes guidelines, and safety quality Performance Improvement activities. Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related Healthcare degree (required) 3 years of related experience with performance improvement programmes Computer skills including proficiency in common word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation programmes Fluency in written and spoken Arabic is preferable Fluency in written and spoken English (required)
